Four Brands, One Company, and What We Are Learning Along the Way

You started your company to serve customers and lead a team. Somewhere along the way, you also became the person who approves every post and wonders whether anyone is watching the numbers. Marketing keeps needing decisions, and the decisions keep landing on your desk.

That is the gap we love to close.

Since June 2026, we have been working alongside DISHER, one company with four brands: DISHER Corp., DISHER Engineering, DISHER Talent Solutions, and Leading by Design. Here is what that partnership feels like day-to-day, and what the first results are telling us.

We start by getting the story on paper.

Four brands means four audiences. An engineering leader reading about FDA audits wants something very different from a manager working through team conflict. Blend them into one feed and everyone gets a muddy message.

So we gave each brand its own home: a project board and a brand kit, all four ready by June 19. Then we put each brand's messaging into a quarterly document, so every blog and every post starts from the same clear footing. A quarterly check-in keeps those documents fresh, and the next one is set for December 15.

Then we take the work off your plate.

This is where working with us starts to feel different.

Each brand gets a steady rhythm of blog posts, social content, newsletters, and monthly reports, all planned and produced by our team. Every week we comment on and reshare posts to keep each brand active in its community.

We keep an eye on the news with Google Alerts, maintain an events calendar, and handle the small website and form fixes that would otherwise sit on somebody's to-do list.

You hand us the goals. We carry the details.

You’re not spending time waiting on an agency.

Nobody should dig through email to find out what needs a decision. Ahead of every check-in, an agenda arrives with an Approvals Needed section, so your yes or no lands in one place. Each brand's strategy document lives in a single Knowledge section on its board, so no one chases the latest version.

One spot means one current version and no hunting.

We show our work.

Every month, each brand gets a report in the same format, with a plain-language look at what happened and a plan for the month ahead. August was our second round, and it is early, but a few results made us smile:

  • DISHER Corp. grew its LinkedIn following from 152 to 171, a 12.5% gain in one month, on just five posts.

  • Leading by Design lifted its LinkedIn engagement rate from 8.2% to 10.5% while posting once less than in July.

  • One DISHER Engineering carousel on Design History File audits reached a 43.7% engagement rate, nearly triple the brand's 15.3% August average.

  • DISHER Talent Solutions added 19 LinkedIn followers to reach 3,980 and earned 7,098 post impressions for the month.

Here is what surprised us most: When we lined the four reports up side by side, the same pattern showed up in every one: the best-performing post kept people inside the feed. DISHER Engineering's carousels produced 285 of the month's 290 interactions from five of six posts.

A Leading by Design carousel drew 130 clicks from 299 impressions. DISHER Talent's top LinkedIn post was a document post, and a multi-image company post pulled 841 views for DISHER Corp. Every time, a swipeable format beats a link or a static graphic.
